​I absolutely could not do what I do without the support and help of the other Yoga with Lora teachers. They fill in when I need to be away from the studio or to offer their own specialty classes and workshops.
​They shine their beautiful light every time they are in the studio.

Charmaine Phillips
Being somewhat new to the Windsor and surrounding area, Charmaine reached out to various yoga teachers as a way to get to know others in the local yoga community. I was fortunate enough to be one of those she contacted. Her playful personality, big genuine smile and in many ways her similar approach to yoga as myself, were all things that led me to believe she would be a good fit as a teacher for the Yoga with Lora community.
As a dancer of 15 years Charmaine began practicing yoga in 2010 looking to get back into shape after college. Around that same time she was battling anxiety and depression. Yoga, for her, became so much more than just a physical workout. Through her yoga practice she started to notice a huge shift in her mental health too.
Like so many of us, life then 'got in the way'. Her yoga practice was put to the side as did the benefits it offered her mind, body and spirit wellbeing. Through a number of life's experiences she found herself dealing with her pattern of anxiety and depression once again.
In 2016 she decided enough was enough and dove right back into her yoga practice by starting her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher course. She truly feels it was the best decision she's ever made!
​Charmaine is so excited to share yoga, and her love of yoga, with the Yoga with Lora community! And we are so excited to have her with as a part of the Yoga with Lora teaching team!

Lee Ann Buschman
Lee Ann and I have been dear friends for a very, very long time. She has supported me through many of my most important life experiences. I couldn’t be happier to have her as a part of the Yoga with Lora Team, and supporting the Yoga with Lora community!
Lee Ann has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years offering group fitness and personal training programmes, spin classes, yoga, and much more. Her passion for helping support the wellbeing of others even led her to become the owner of Pure Fitness Health and Training Studio.
She has a way of making everyone feel welcome and is an awesome encourager. As the mother of 4 little ones, she is also naturally patient and kind.
She looks forward to sharing her love for yoga and helping others find their yoga bliss!​

Kelly Little
Kelly was one of my very first yoga teachers when I first became a student. I always felt so good both in, and after her classes. She makes others feel welcomed and supported and I knew she would be a perfect fit for the Yoga with Lora community!
Kelly became a student of yoga in 2002, quickly learning the benefits on and off the mat. To deepen her practice and share with others she completed her yoga teacher training in 2007. Since then she has continued to study and expand the scope of her training.

Through emphasizing breath and the power of being present, Kelly helps students find their edge while maintaining a peaceful mind and body and a connection with self in each moment.  She is happy to be a part of the Yoga with Lora teaching team and community!

​Dave Killen
​Dave is not only my partner in all things laughter, love and life, he is a practicing Buddhist and the meditation teacher to the Yoga with Lora community.
He has studied Zen in the Korean tradition while being a member of the Detroit Zen Center for the past 10+ years, through participating in many meditation retreats, and through his experiences with Dharma Teacher Training at the Detroit Zen Center.
​With his knowledge and personal experience of Zen Meditation, he shares this style of meditation with the Yoga with Lora community through the Zen Meditation 5 Week Series and at the Yoga with Lora Wellbeing Retreats.
